1) If you were previously able to scan products, but the scan no longer works :
- Verify that you have a valid WiFi, 3G or 4G connection.
- Verify that you have the latest version of the application from the App Store or the Play Store.
- Remember to switch off and then on again your mobile after installing the latest version of the application
2) If the problem persists despite a valid connection and the installation of the latest version, you can :
- Try disconnecting and reconnecting to the application. Click here to see how to do this.
- Try deleting and reinstalling the application.
- Try restarting your phone.
