Recommendations are shown only when a product has a poor (orange) or bad (red) score. If a product is rated as good or excellent, the application doesn't show a recommendation.
If no recommendation is shown for a product that's rated poor or bad, it's because we have unfortunately not found a good alternative.
Products are recommended only through Yuka's method of evaluation. The selection of products is unbiased, and Yuka's recommendation is not intended to ban products with a bad or poor rating, but to raise awareness of the existence of alternative products that, according to Yuka's method of evaluation, have obtained a higher rating.
