The product that appears in the app is different than the scanned product

If the product that appears in the application is different than the scanned product, there are two possible explanations:

- There has been a detection error. You can correct the information in the application yourself or alert the team to the error via the application so they can correct it.

- Two products have the same bar codes, which is very rare. Unfortunately in this case, we are forced to display only one of the two products.
