Excel import system
1. Download the instructions. It is essential to read this document before completing the import process:
Note: Cosmetic ingredients need to be listed by their International Nomenclature of Cosmetic Ingredients (INCI) names and listed by commas. Do not add any additional information, such as *organic, plant-derived, naturally sourced, percentages, etc.
2. Enter the information into the Excel file below.

3. Prepare a folder with your product images, named only by the barcode number (EAN/UPC), e.g. 1234567890.jpg.
Notes:
- Save the front packaging image by its corresponding barcode (EAN/UPC), to match what is listed on the Excel file.
- Send only 1 image per product.
4. Email completed Excel file and images to: brands@yuka.io, indicating in which country your brand is located.
Notes:
- Imports typically take 1-2 weeks to process. Sending multiple email to follow up on the progress slows down the processing time.
- Resend product details if an updated composition is available in stores or after one year, whichever happens soonest.
Salsify Platform
Salsify is a platform for sharing data between brands and distributors. If you already use this service, you can transmit your product information directly via the platform. You can consult the user guide by clicking here, or email help.sxm@salsify.com.
Yuka does not have the capacity to manage Salsify sharing issues, so they would need to be contacted directly.
