My account has been blocked. Why? How do I fix this?

Yuka can shut down your account in any of the following situations:

- You have added non-food and/or non-cosmetic products to the application.

- You have modified a product with erroneous information.

- You added a product for which no nutritional values were listed so you filled in fictitious values.

Blocking can seem a bit harsh, but we must take these types of measures in order to maintain the integrity of our work.
