The message "Not rated" appears:
- For products without nutritional values
If these values are not displayed on the packaging, no analysis is possible.
- For scanned products that Yuka is unable to score
There are various types of products that Yuka does not rate because they are very specific products for which no rating method exists : infant formulas, alcohol, cigarettes, diapers, nutritional supplements, etc.
- For products whose list of ingredients is in a language that's not supported by the application.
Yuka currently analyzes only products whose list of ingredients is in English, Spanish, Italian, German or French.
⚠️ If, however, you don't feel that the lack of score is justified, you can send it back to us via the application or the contact form, indicating the product's bar code as well as its nutritional information.
